We are new to Ann Arbor and went to AAF for the first time last month. Katie Pronsati the salesperson, warmly greeted us, briefly showed us around the store, and then left us alone to browse. It was so nice to not be pressured at all. She checked back with us to see if we had any questions and made us feel like we were the only customers in the store. She is very well-informed about all of the furniture and has a wonderful sense of style and design. The owner of the store was also present and was very friendly. My husband and I prefer to support locally owned businesses. All About Furniture has been a great discovery in Ann Arbor where we plan to buy all of our furniture!
