Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
All About Furniture takes great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our furniture. We know that buying furniture for your home is a serious financial decision, as well as an emotional investment for you and your family. This is why we take great pride in not only the furniture we sell but in our commitment to customer service.
We want you to be fully happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we will work with you to find the perfect solution.
- Stock Furniture: We maintain a 21-day return policy. It is hassle-free. If you don’t like it we will take it back or exchange it for something else. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to stock the merchandise that is returned or exchanged for reasons other than the manufacturer’s defect or damage. You will be responsible for paying the price difference between the previously purchased items and the newly selected items if you do an exchange.
- Special Order Furniture: We do not accept returns or exchanges on special orders since it was made to fit your specifications. We do however understand that things happen in life, so we take these matters on a case-by-case basis. We are a family-owned store and we will do the best we can to take care of any situation.
- Mattresses: We do not offer returns or exchanges on Mattresses, Box Springs, Foundations, or Adjustable Bases
- Clearance Items: These items are sold “as-is” and we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
